Patients begin by completing a secure medical intake, providing details about their medical history, current conditions, medications, and relevant health information. A board-certified clinician then reviews this information to evaluate eligibility.
2. Doctors Review and Prescription Issuance
If clinically appropriate, a prescription is issued by a licensed provider in the patient’s state of NY.
If the doctor needs additional information, they may message you through the secure patient portal.
At checkout, only a hold is placed on your credit card. This includes the $20 provider fee for the virtual visit, but you’ll only be charged if your prescription or note request is approved.
3. We Deliver Your Medication
Prescriptions are sent to Modern Remedies LLC in NYC, a licensed pharmacy, for fulfillment and discreet shipping.
4. Ongoing Support
Modern Fill Rx provides a platform for follow-up care and titration management with your provider.
