1. Regions & Service
At this time, we are licensed to dispense and ship prescription medications exclusively within New York State. In accordance with New York State pharmacy licensing requirements, we only ship prescription medications to addresses located within New York State, in compliance with applicable state regulations.
2. Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours after completion of your online consultation and medical provider approval.

We currently ship orders within New York State only. To ensure reliable delivery, all orders are shipped via UPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
- For prescriptions that require refrigeration, shipping will automatically be upgraded to next-day delivery at checkout to ensure proper handling and temperature control.

Please note: processing may take longer if pharmacy fulfillment or verification steps are required.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the status and location of your shipment.
If your tracking status remains “Pre-Shipment” for more than 48 hours, please contact Customer Support.
4. Back-Orders & Partial Shipments

If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated delay time.

We will ship any in-stock items immediately, and send the out-of-stock items once available — at no additional shipping cost.

You may receive your order in multiple shipments if several items are delayed or require separate fulfillment.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $9.99. For prescriptions that require temperature control, shipping will automatically be upgraded to next-day delivery at a cost of $29.99, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.
6. Delivery Issues, Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If any items are damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [insert support email] with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include sending a replacement or offering a refund, depending on the circumstance.
7. No Returns for Prescription Items
Due to the nature of prescription-medical products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges once the order is fulfilled.
If you believe your product arrived incorrect, defective, or was not received at all, please contact us promptly. We will review each case individually and work with you to reach a satisfactory solution.
8. Shipping Restrictions

We offer standard shipping only with delivery in 3–5 business days for regular orders. For temperature-controlled products, shipping is automatically upgraded to expedited next-day delivery to ensure proper handling.

Orders can only be fulfilled for customers with a valid New York State address.
